Viscious Cycle: Taking on too much responsibility or being overwhelmed can lead to stress and anxiety. That, in turn, leads to poor sleep which worsens the anxiety and can lead to depressive symptoms. You need a break and an outlet. Find a way to prune out the activities you don't need to do. Find a hobby. Talk to a friend. Take a mental health day from work. Exercise every day!
