Ice and steroids: You could take Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) apply an ice pack, and use done steroid cream carefully as long as it is not too close to the sclera. Otherwise, a steroid dosepack if indicated.

Several Things: You can apply ice to the area for 5 minutes or so at a time. In addition, you may take benadryl (diphenhydramine) and motrin. If you have a history of allergic reactions to this kind of thing be mindful of worsening local and systemic symptoms that may prompt need to see a physician in person for additional treatment.
