Suggest: Your MRI reading does not come across, but would not be surprised at presence of micro-vascular angiopathy at your age. Aspirin is difficult to tolerate at required dose, and a better preventative is either Aggrenox or clopidigrel. You may be best served via a Concierge virtual consult.
