I've been told i have a shadow on my thoracic vertebra. what can this mean. i'm 68 and have had bowel cancer and lung cancer as well as 5 tias. i also have an infected lymph gland in my right armpit for at least a year. it's still there 1 year later?

Would follow up with your oncologist and neurosurgeon as to whether this is a lytic lesion cancer lesion in the vertebra or infection in the vertebra . Sometimes it is just a hemangioma ( a benign blood tumor or collection of vessels) but it does need follow up.
