White blood: cell counts can range a tremendous amount and cannot be taken out of context from the individual and symptoms except when in the range of 50,000 or above. You haven't provided enough information, but my guess is that you are just fine.

What is the normal: range for the lab you had your blood work done at. Call the doctor that ordered the blood work and check with them. Chances are it is fine.
