Two issues: The white blood cell count is well within the normal range. The weight of 5kg is average for a 2.5 month old born at a normal weight. This level for the a 6 month old is considered too low and worthy of an evaluation for failure to thrive. The causes usually revolve around under nutrition or an ongoing chronic illness.Consult with your doctor.

Ask a Pediatrician: 5 kg is low for 6 months, but whether it is normal for your child depends on many factors (was she premature/low birthweight, has she been gaining weight normally, has she been gaining height normally, does she have any genetic issues, etc.). Her WBC may be completely normal, but it is not enough information to know whether she is healthy, so she needs evaluation by her doctor or a specialist.
