Depends on details: Blood counts are done for a reason. Sometimes there are ill symptoms, other times the test is routine screening for a check-up. Without the reason for the test, lab results may or may not have much meaning. In this case, the results don't have much meaning without a doctor knowing more of the story about the patient.
