See allergist: If you have tried the usual treatment including nasal steroid without benefits , you should consult an allergist to find out first whether the problem is truly an allergic one. If so, he will provide you with methods to minimize exposure to the allergens , whether there is another Rx option, and/or whether allergy shots may be required.
