No. I would want to see the kid in the office for an evaluation as soon as it is practical. If the kid has not fed well, turns blue during feeds or has other worrisome symptoms take it in now to be seen.

The respiratory rate of infants is higher than that of young children. If there is cough,fever, difficulty feeding or a change, please let your pediatrician know. The variation in respiratory rate is normal, but I agree follow up. Watch for the above changes.
