Supportive care: Nosebleeds are common when the mucosal lining of the nose gets irritated or inflamed, which could be worsened by constant exposure to chlorinated water. I would recommend saline drops or, better yet, vaseline at night and before her polo practice/matches to prevent irritation & associated bleeding. If this doesn't help, she may need to have the vessels cauterized w/ silver nitrate by a doctor.
