Can be: well yes they shouldnt be all taken at the same time but if you are taking them as prescribed then its fine. Each one does something different. xanax (alprazolam) should only be as needed for anxiety attacks, propranolol can be for high blood pressure or for anxiety as needed, prozac should be daily for depression and/or anxiety and zzyquil only as needed for sleep.
