Is it safe to take effexor xr, xanax, propranolol, and lamotrigine all together?

My sense is that these medications, appropriately prescribed by your physician, neurologist or psychiatrist&who are aware of what you're taking,, are probably ok although in the elderly Xanax may cause some lightheadedness and balance problems. Your pharmacist may have more information for you about special precautions.
