Ive been told by a cardiologist that in case of a severe panic attack i can take a half xanax and half propranolol, is it safe to combine them at the same time?

If your cardiologist prescribed them to be taken that way, you should be able to tolerate it. If you are unsure, you should talk to the Doctor Who prescribed that combination to you. You should understand the medication’s well enough to be comfortable taking them as prescribed. Good luck.
