Addison's: You must run this question by your doctor who prescribes your steroids. Based on what specific dental work you are having done, and your baseline use (including dose and how long you have been on treatment), then the doctor can calculate how much and for how long you should change your baseline treatment. This is especially important since you are diabetic and increased steroids will affect BS.

I wouldn't: Hi. Unless you're undergoing a horrific dental procedure with extensive blood loss and hypotension (DOUBT!), then I wouldn't even think of it as a "stress", and wouldn't do "stress dose". Good luck!
