If Addisonian: Hi. If you are in fact Addisonian (which TB can cause, so there may be a relationship there), you will need both glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid therapy; in the even of a severe physiologic stress, you could die without it. I don't know your case, therefore cannot comment on the validity of the diagnosis. However, if you do have Addison's, I would advise you to take your medicines for it.
