Yes,: TB Lymphadenitis can cause Matted LN enlargement . Diagnosed by Biopsy of the Lymph Node. SO some deformity may remain. But the enlargement will improve.

Lymphadenitis: This is a treatable condition. In most cases the lymph nodes shrink down I'm size after treatment if they are responding to treatment. Lymph nodes may stay large for some time but eventually get smaller. Many conditions can cause enlarged lymph nodes including infections and neoplasms. See your doctor to determine cause and treat accordingly.
