Electrolytes: Electrolyte imbalances are common. Better measure of true potassium and magnesium is testing RBC not serum levels. Magnesium, potassium, and taurine can help stabilize cells. Just keep things in balance and do not overdo anything. Drink lots of water and eat lots of organic vegetables.
