Unlikely coronary : As u r having so much discomfort and are worried about it, with a normal resting ECG, consider an exercise treadmill stress test. Significant coronary artery disease with flow limiting stenosis is very unlikely the cause of your chest pain at your age. I am assuming no toxic habits of course
