Kegel Exerciser?: By contracting the P.C.(pubococcygeal) muscle as if you are stopping your urine in med stream is a Kegel's maneuver. Your can strengthen those muscle by contracting around any "item" that will fit in the vagina, be it a "banana" or more cheaply a tampon.

Keigle exercises: Kiegle exercises can strengthen the muscules which surround the vagina and are useful in preventing some forms of urinary incontinence. Serial weighted balls (increasing weights) are effective, but attempting to stop the urinary stream after initiating urination for several times while urinating is also very effective. If you do have incontinence, and this does not help, see a gyn surgeon.
