Good joint levels: Aleve (Naproxen) is a good one. The drug distribution is noted to be substantial in synovial joints. It is a good anti-inflammatory with good analgesic effects.

Motrin or Aleve (naproxen): It is recommended to not use ASPIRIN, because it can raise the levels of uric acid in the blood. Ask your health care provider if a NSAID would be appropriate treatment for your condition.
