Is it safe to use over-the-counter painkillers and dramamine (dimenhydrinate) simultaneously? is there a painkiller that is preferable to the others?

Since you are: taking Proton Pump inhibitors (eg Prilosec) i assume you have a stomach issue thus many OTC pain medications should be avoided (eg IBUPROFEN, MOTRIN, ALEEVE ) You can use Dramamine with any of these (Dramamine is an anti-histamine) I would suggest TYLENOL (acetaminophen) in the higher strength every 8 hours is your best OTC "bet") Hope this helps!
