Asymmetrical: Yes, we are not perfectly symmetrical. Especially if it is a moderate difference - it's absolutely normal and may only indicate your dominant arm which gets more use and greater muscle development, etc. Even larger may be normal - but if it is extreme and your non-dominant side you might ask your PCP next visit. How much?: Since nobody is totally symmetrical, minor differences in size between the two halves of the body are expected. On the other hand, if the asymmetry is very noticeable, then this is not normal and I recommend that you consult your doctor who may be able to direct you to the right specialist especially if this is a new development.
