Depends: This depends on how much lower one is than the other. There is a certain amount of anatomic variation which would allow for differences, however, the limbs are generally fairly symmetric. In the absence of trauma or a congenital anomaly, if you notice more than a centimeter of difference, it would be reasonable to see a doctor for evaluation.
