Need more info : The possibilities for causes runs quite a long list, but most commonly includes infection, just normal, and in rare cases, cancer. What do you mean by you've been tested for "everything"? It also depends on where the lymph node is located and change in size. Your info says you've had BV treated recently. If the lymph nodes are in your groin region, that could be the cause. See your dr to discuss.
