: This should be checked by a physician. If you have not had any recent infections that could cause lymph node enlargement, then one has to think of other possibilities for a mass in the area. At your age, one must consider Hodgkin's lymphoma, or other lymphatic cancers. Don't wait too long to get this checked out.
