What do small hard lymph nodes in the pelvic area indicate?

Infection?: Can possibly mean infection or inflammation in the surrounding area. Shaving or waxing can even cause those lymph nodes to swell. Skin rashes, even something as serious as an std. It's probably a good idea to be checked by a doctor.
