I have a very small lymph node infront of my ear (preauricular) i have no symptoms really except that when i eat the whole left side of my face hurts. it is painless to the touch and seems to fluctuate in size. it went away for a day or two then came back

Unusual: This is an unusual lymph node to have and is often associated with eye infections. It is likely you have an infection somewhere. Be checked and all the best.
