Closed head : Trauma- apply ice pack on the swelling and observe for the next 7 days- for excessive vomiting , headaches, pupil size change, lethargy, slurred speech , gait disturbance, incoordination . To emergency room if these are present. Try to avoid taking medicines that can cause drowsiness or alter mental status.
