Can anyone suggest alternative remedies for an eczema like rash caused by grass allergy?

ECZEMA: Grass allergy occurs in summer and if you are worried of eczema the treatment of choice is steroid cream and avoidance of allergens. If the skin lesions are severe, your md might give you a short treatment of oral steroids.
