Almost every week or every other week, i get eczema or like a tiny rash on my pinky finger. it gets really itchy and i can't sleep. is it allergies?

See a dermatologist: need much more information to answer this. A dermatologist can evaluate and treat you, probably with prescription cortisone. ? Dyshidrotic eczema? Is there anything coming in contact with this finger but only this finger?
