My child has eczema and been developing rash and secretion around her nipple. she has been kept away from allergy and she is already past puberty.

ADOLESCENT GYN: Excema does not cause nipple discharge. She should be examined properly by an adolescent doctor or adolescent gyn. Excema is often treated with steroids so if she has been exposed to execessive steroids that is also of concern. Tell her not use any body products until her exam.
