Maybe, maybe not...Rabies is typically spread via saliva from an infected animal to the victim through scratches/abrasions, cuts, puncturing wounds, and mucous membranes such as mouth/nose and eyes. A dog lick can be quite abrasive and thus causing abrasion on the nipple, so it is possible. Or if you happen to touch the licked area then touch mouth/eyes/nose etc.. otherwise, should be NOT.
