Youthful bodyweight: Think of when you were 21 years old-- how much did u weigh then? And how did your body look? Through exercise and excellent nutrition I think we can slow the aging process and look/feel good. Weight is just a number on a scale-- better to take a different perspective I would say. Keep in mind- muscle is denser than fat! Results may take some time but don't give up! Live well!
