None: SSRI only increase the amount of serotonin in the synapses, they don't lower dopamine levels. At max dosages, sertraline or zoloft can increase the amount of dopamine in the synapse by blocking the dopamine reuptake transporter

I've had Post-SSRI sexual dysfunction (PSSD) from taking Citalopram for about two years now. Is there any medication available that would enhance dopamine signalling or did I fry my dopamine circuits beyond repair?
