There are no tests to accurately measure the level of dopamine in your brain. Dopamine is an essential neurotransmitter which is involved in feeling pleasure and motivating your behavior. Psychotropic drugs carelessly prescribed by psychiatrists which cause dopamine blockade can cause seizures, blackouts, lack of pleasure & motivation & Irreversible Tardive Dyskinesia, which is like Parkinson's.

Almonds & other nuts, bananas & berries, seafood, chocolate & green tea are among foods that can help increase your dopamine levels. Diets which are high in sugar & saturated fats can suppress dopamine levels. I wish you well with your health!
