Possible herpes: A herpes viral infection can cause these lesions. I recommend that you consult an otolaryngologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Many possibilities: Possibilities include: Crohn's Disease, Coxsackie virus, Aids, Autoimmune diseases, allergic reactions, and adverse reactions to medications to name just a few. You need to have an evaluation by your medical doctor first. Depending on the outcome of that exam they may need to refer you to another specialist. This could just be a virus that will resolve in 10 days or signs of a bigger problem.
