Symptoms: The differential, the subsets of white blood cells, specifically neutrophils, eosinophils, lymphocytes and monocytes will help great deal in understanding the dynamics in your WBC. If the main symptom is a sore throat a local exam with an infectious work/up should help. Talk to your doc about your worries.
