From philippines, my daughter 10 yrs old has swollen tonsils and has a cold for three days now. her wbc was at 22, 000. is it dangerous?

Possibly: Since you know her WBC (high) and for three days must have seen md if not do so quickly she should have throat culture and probably needs an antibiotic her WBC indicates a bacterial infection.
