Sleep & Association: Think of your brain as a hard drive. Like a computer, it has to defragment. Brain does this during sleep. It "organizes" information into little segments that will help you recall. In order to remember things, you need to create associations. I.e. if you like sports, try and remember blue color with the jersey of chicago bears. Try to study in a quite area as well. Repetition is also important.
