Focus: Make sure you are getting enough sleep and daily cardio vascular exercise. Study in a distraction free environment if you can. It helps me to have some fast paced music without many words when I read journals and textbooks. If you are having any symptoms of anxiety or depression, these can really drain your concentration, see your doctor is this is the case.
