Recommend strongly: you see fertility specialist if one is available, if not see an OBG familiar with fertility. With 3 years and an ectopic it's highly likely you have a tubal problem: chances for pregnancy can be good, but these problems need professional help to succeed. You haven't given enough information to say more, and I "doubt" your age is -1 years (!), good luck!
