Last year had 5 miscarriages and 1 ectopic. just found out i'm 3 weeks pregnant, would you recommend 3 months bed rest until i'm in 2nd trimester?

See your doctor: You need to be seeing a maternal fetal medicine specialist. These are the doctors who specialize in high risk pregnancies. Whether bed rest will help depends in art on what caused the miscarriages. It will not help with preventing ectopics which are usually caused by scarring of the Fallopian tubes. One ectopic does increase the risk of another. Hope this helps.
