Yes it might.. : You can try normal saline drops to your nares before sleep to see if it helps. I noticed that you are on pain meds and have a history of GERD. You should be on medicine to protect your stomach as well. Sometimes severe GERD can result in sinusitis - may explain your Sx! Also try sleeping with 2 -3 pillows so that you are at an 30 D angle when you sleep. You should see an ENT doc if this persists!
