My allegriws are so bad my nose is burning in my upper nostrils and it hurts so bad. what medicine should i take i have tried everything nothing works?

Have you tried: a nasal cortisone spray (example NASONEX)? That might be worth a try... BTW If you are using a DECONGESTANT Spray switch brands..THAT may be irritating your nose! Hope this helps! Dr Z
