Nose bleeds: Nose bleeds can occur with sinusitis but usually there are other symptoms of mucus drainage, associated nasal congestion or sinus discomfort. Commonly excessive nasal membrane dryness or excessive nasal membrane congestion/inflammation(colds,allergies) are causes of unilateral nose bleeds.To prevent membrane dryness apply a tinge of white Vaseline to the nasal passages nightly. Don't smoke!
