Viral Infection: It is most likely a Viral throat infection. You can take some throat lozenges and over the counter NSAIDs for your symptoms. Your ear pain is likely referred pain from your throat. Your symptoms should get better in 5-7 days. Seek medical attention if you don’t improve by then or get worse in the meantime.
