Mgt: These symptoms are indicative of an infection. Do you have a fever? history of contact with anyone who may have Strep infection? I would recommend seeing your PCP and they can obtain a culture as indicated. You may need antibiotics. If you have respiratory difficulty, a chest imaging study may be ordered.
