Yes: If the hypothyroidism is caused by an autoimmune process, it is possible for allergy testing of other items to show false positives. I would get the thyroid disease settled down and retest or see allergist about alternative ways to test for wheat allergy that would not cross react with the thyroid antibodies the body is producing.
