A member asked:

What is the harm of eating wheat if you tested positive for a mild grain allergy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Define mild: If eating it doesn't bother you, then you should be fine. If by "mild allergy" you mean a low level of antibody on a blood test, then the test may very well be a false positive.
