Might not be urine: Ive seen many cases of women in the emergency department mistake blood in the urine with vaginal bleeding. It can be subtle. Medications like Macrobid and pyridum also commonly change the color of urine and can be confused for blood. Renal and bladder stones can also cause bleeding but usually cause pain. You might need further tests if it reccurs.
